1. What was the most memorable or exciting part of your holiday?
Snow shoeing into the seven lakes areas.
2. What tips would you give other travellers booking this holiday?
Take plenty of layers of clothing - especially inner gloves! And catch up on your sleep before you go if our group are anything to go by!
3. Did you feel that your holiday benefited local people, and minimized impacts on the environment?
Yes. Locally run holiday. Used small mountain hotels in relatively remote areas.
4. Finally, how would you rate your holiday overall?
Excellent.

The snow and the views on this trip were fab.

Ensure you are reasonably fit and you will enjoy every minute!
3. Did you feel that your holiday benefited local people, and minimized impacts on the environment?
Yes - very unspoiled areas and Pensions (our accommodation) were run by locals
- as was our guide.
4. Finally, how would you rate your holiday overall?
8/10 good walking/snow-shoeing, excellent food (despite being a vegetarian in Bulgaria and hearing not v g reports on Bulgarian food), schedule went according to plan.
