Thank you for enquiring on how our holiday had gone. May I take this opportunity to say that the accommodation was immaculate, spotlessly clean, every need was account for, including those nick knacks that may have been forgotten when packing to go on holiday, such as a tooth brush, cotton buds etc.

Both Graeme and Fiona commended for both their attentiveness and friendliness, we felt welcome and relaxed.

The food selection was good and very enjoyable. Activities were covered in great detail, if you wish to go walking, sight seeing, and there was plenty of literature of the surrounding areas within the rooms.

The location was perfect, Heaven on earth.

Tips for other travellers, book early. Any one looking to get away from the hustle and bustle, this is the place for you, total relaxation, but still within easy reach of the local restaurants, pubs, and surrounding areas, if you wish to venture out.

Without a doubt that local people have and will benefited from the developments that had be achieved for the interest of visitors, creating incomes for the locals, some on a small scale for individuals who just want to make a living. Visitor centres educating people on the environment. Certainly a 5* for me.

1. What was the most memorable or exciting part of your holiday?

Scotland is such an under-rated country. If you think it constantly rains and there's nothing but haggis and whiskey - you'd be wrong. It's simply a stunning place, with acres of beautiful scenery. For us it was the perfect honeymoon choice. The lochs, forests, heavenly quiet roads and warmth of the weather and people took our breath away. It's an inviting and unique place and this B&B was exceptional in quality. Highly deserving of their award winning status, this accommodation has not missed a trick in home and creature comforts. There's a friendly cat there too.

2. What tips would you give other travellers booking this holiday?

Book early to avoid disappointment and if you take the car out make sure you fill up with petrol. The garages are sparse or close early. Book a dinner at the B&B too, the food is lovely.

3. Did you feel that your holiday benefited local people, and minimized impacts on the environment?

Fiona and Graeme are clearly passionate about their business and knowledge of the local area. This accommodation is a superfluous in its concern for the environment without shoving it down your throat, proof that being 'green' doesn't mean being 'boring.' The area, like so much of Scotland is full of unspoilt beauty and makes a perfect location for a relaxing break.

4. Any other comments?

***** Mind blowing scenery!

This B&B was one of the best I've stayed in. The accommodation was spacious and modern with a lovely large bathroom and double shower. The hosts were very friendly and knowledgeable about the local area. The setting was idyllic. I would highly recommend this B&B - five stars.

1. What was the most memorable or exciting part of your holiday?

Visiting the lovely water falls in Loch Ness, also the food & atmosphere in Inverness was just gorgeous.

2. What tips would you give other travellers booking this holiday?

Take extra films for your camera with you, as the scenery is so amazing, you'd be crazy not to capture it on camera.

3. Did you feel that your holiday benefited local people, and minimized impacts on the environment?

Definitely, any money spent within the visiting venue always benefits the community also meeting the locals was a great way to get to know Scotland. Following rules and regulations within Loch Ness does minimize the impacts on the environment, picking up your rubbish, staying within the fenced area's.

4. Any other comments?

I am honoured to have visited Scotland! Simply a fantastic holiday that my partner and I thoroughly enjoyed!

We enjoyed the scenery of the Scottish highlands and the architecture in Edinburgh most.

2. What tips would you give other travellers booking this holiday?

Worth pre-booking accommodation in Edinburgh if staying on Fri / Sat nights as very busy those times. Fort Augustus in the Scottish Highlands is a must see!

3. Did you feel that your holiday benefited local people, and minimized impacts on the environment?

We tried to stay at eco-friendly bed and breakfasts where possible and when hiking kept to the marked trails. The local people were all very welcoming and hospitable.

4. Any other comments?

Thank you for your help with our holiday. It was great to get away from work for a while. We had a fantastic trip.
