Holiday Reviews

We invite every traveller who books a holiday via us to send in a review. Because we don't run the holidays they're completely independent and unedited... remember to read between the lines though, as two people on the same trip can have different views!

1. What was the most memorable or exciting part of your holiday?

Exploring Machu Picchu, and the Inca salt pans.

2. What tips would you give other travellers booking this holiday?

Don't take waterproofs if you are short of space: take a plastic mac and buy a cheap umbrella; Do take altitude sickness medication; Expect to spend a lot of money on food; Don't eat salads or ice cream.

3. Did you feel that your holiday benefited local people, and minimized impacts on the environment?

We were putting money into the local economy by buying goods and staying in typical hotels which were not part of global chains.

4. Finally, how would you rate your holiday overall?

Very enjoyable, with items of interest for both adults and children. The local and main guides were particularly impressive.
