1. What was the most memorable or exciting part of your holiday?

It is so hard to pinpoint the best part; it was all a fabulous experience. This is a place where you can completely relax and refresh your mind, body and soul. You can mix with other guests, the family/staff that run it or just 'do your own thing'. The welcome is perfect and they seem to expertly gauge the level of contact each guest wants. It is set in a beautiful, natural environment and they have a deep knowledge of the area and everything that lives there, whether plant or animal life. This is shared with a generosity of time and spirit which I have not come across before. They organised a hike for us and we received a fantastic insight into the world around the accommodation. Our spontaneous walk one evening to go fishing was a great experience. Nothing was too much trouble, and genuinely so. The food, well, even with all our walking, we came out a few pounds heavier; delicious.

2. What tips would you give other travellers booking this holiday?

The only thing you should do is bring along an open mind to becoming part of what you see. Walking boots are a must or you will miss some beautiful scenery. Don't leave your camera at home either!

3. Did you feel that your holiday benefited local people, and minimized impacts on the environment?

The accommodation is run with minimum impact on the environment. Power is produced from an impressive combination of sun, water and firewood. It is very carefully built and cared for; and is at one with the land it's on.

4. Finally, how would you rate your holiday overall?

We both have never seen anything to compare and had the most amazing, relaxing and enriching time.
