1. What was the most memorable or exciting part of your holiday?
Cambodia generally. Hanoi - noisy, exciting, surprisingly attractive lakeside setting.
2. What tips would you give other travellers booking this holiday?
In Saigon, go and wander around on your own for a while rather than join every guided tour laid on.
3. Did you feel that your holiday benefited local people, and minimized impacts on the environment?
That depends on how much of the holiday price went to Cambodia and Vietnam. I can't claim our internal flights minimized impact. All I know for sure is that everything I spent whilst I was there went into the local economy.
4. Finally, how would you rate your holiday overall?
This operator organised very well. Very good hotels. Very useful booklets for each place we visited. Recommended good places to eat. Sometimes we were a little too organised. People travelling to Cambodia and Vietnam are likely to be experienced travellers who don't need to be herded on and off the bus for photo opportunities etc.
