Availability is on a nightly basis but where a week is booked one or two complimentary nights are included depending on the time of year.

To keep costs as low as possible, bedding hire is additional and dependent on bed size - bedding and towels for the main bedroom is £25 per stay, for example. The prices above reflect the range of accommodation options at our base, a beautiful Victorian mansion with a walled organic vegetable garden, apple orchard, conservatory and woodland walks. The higher price is for a single room, the lower cost is based on 2+ sharing or single use of one of our two comfortably furnished, vintage style Bell Tents. Breakfast, packed lunches and dinner on three nights are included. Longer holidays are priced on request, e.g £730 for 7 nights.
