Lanzarote luxury villa with pool, sleeps 12
Responsible tourism
As the pioneers of responsible tourism, we screen every trip so you can travel knowing your holiday will help support conservation and local people.

Linen is changed weekly in order to save water.
Waste reduction: We encourage recycling and ask guests to use the containers for paper, glass and plastic recycling provided locally in the village. Blue for paper and cardboard, green for glass and yellow for plastic containers, tins and cartons.
We also ask clients to think about their water consumption whilst staying on the island and to use water sparingly and shower instead of having a full bath tub.
This northern area of Lanzarote has a diverse range of fauna and flora especially unusual and interesting species of marine birds. The island has provided a welcoming safe haven for a large variety of resident and migrating birds and we are committed to their conservation ensuring it stays this way.
In our office we have low energy lighting, use laptops, reuse paper and recycle waste.
If you are looking for a car during your holiday we offer Electric and Hybrid cars, just ask for a quote. Whilst staying at this villa you can walk to the beach and beach front restaurants it's just 1km.
We also offer Holiday Extras which include our Paella night at Finca De Arrieta and Meals delivered you can choose vegetarian/plant-based and low dairy foods (which reduce CO2 emissions)
This particular villa has Solar water heater and Solar pool heating.
The Impacts of this Trip
We use local suppliers such as builders, trades men, laundrettes etc...
All the staff are people resident on the island so we create employment in the area.
We promote rural tourism and take measures to encourage our guests to spend and use facilities locally. We provide full information on local restaurants, local farmers markets, how to integrate with the local Canarian culture and purchase local products and even offer an optional local produce grocery box for arrival (additional charge).
Currently we sponsor the local Haria football team Costa Norte and recently organised the T shirts for their new kit for the 2016 season.
We also sponsor the local Punta Mujeres bowling club, a very popular sport in the Canary Islands. Canarian bowls (bola Canaria) is a sport that requires precision throwing.
