Bunkhouse accommodation in the South Downs
Responsible tourism
As the pioneers of responsible tourism, we screen every trip so you can travel knowing your holiday will help support conservation and local people.

The nearest town to Lodge Hill Centre with a train station is Pulborough; but we often pre-arrange with groups to pick them up using the 15-seater mini-bus that we have here on site. Groups can hire the bus; thereby giving people the option to arrive by public transport if they don’t want to bring the car.
The Impacts of this Trip
We are a registered charity and the fundraising that takes place here is to raise money to help keep the centre running. We also hold fundraising events to help raise money for other charities. Various events are held throughout the year where encourage people from the local communities to get involved too.
The centre is useful to the local community as a venue to hold events or group meetings etc. Once a month the village lunch club meet once a month and other societies and groups make use of our facilities also. If local charities want to use our services we will endeavour to do our best to support them.
We have an on site catering team that provide all of the food for guests to the centre. Everything is home made and ingredients are sourced locally where possible.
There are some great attractions to visit in this part of the country and if you want to explore the area you can take a trip over to RSBP Pulborough,
Bignor Roman Villa, Amberley Museum, Arundel town with its Wetlands Centre and Castle and the Weald & Down Open Air Museum.
