This luxury alkaline detox and wellness retreat in Spain takes places in gorgeous, award winning lodgings. It offers you the chance to rejuvenate with the help of our team of experienced professionals. You’ll have access to individual treatments by a doctor, nutritionist, and Neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) master, as well as yoga and pilates teachers, personal trainers, and beauty and holistic therapists. You’ll also be able to attend talks and workshops, including sessions on alkaline nutrition and managing stress through meditation.
During the retreat you’ll get six nights’ full board accommodation in a private spacious double suite with a private balcony or terrace and free Wi-Fi. We don’t charge a single supplement and you won’t be asked to share a room with another guest. Unless you want to, of course!

We are located on Benissa Costa which is the coastal area between the small town of Calpe & the old fishing village of Moraira...its just an hour from Alicante airport.

Our accommodation is a purpose built luxury private gated complex, it was constructed using the principles of Feng Shui, it has its own modern sewage treatment plant which supplies all the water to the gardens. The units are very well insulated so that energy consumption can be kept to a minimum, heat in winter and cool in summer. The complex employs an "intelligent" building system, iHAS, this turns lights off automatically and regulates interior and exterior lights according to the level of darkness again reducing power consumption.The food served to our clients is, in-season, locally sourced and produced, unrefined, unprocessed and wherever possible organic, this means we can minimise packaging and support local growers and producers whilst ensuring our clients enjoy the very freshest produce possible.
In this region of Spain everyone recycles their waste, both individual households and business, glass, metal, plastic, paper and organic and garden waste.
All guests are informed and encouraged to be environmentally aware both inside and outside the complex, inside by conserving power and water and outside by understanding why it is so important to stay on the designated tracks when hiking or mountain biking, we limit our groups to a maximum of 12 people, not only does this ensure our clients receive individual attention but also less impact is made to the environment.
People
The accommodation we use employs both power & water saving technology, they also have a recycling policy to limit consumption & impact upon services, the venue employs only local people. All of our drivers, housekeepers, health fitness & wellness team members and the spa and holistic therapists live locally , and we use local guides and instructors for both hiking and all of our outdoor activities, this not only offers employment to local people but also means that our clients benefit from genuine local knowledge that cannot be found in a guide book.The owners of the retreat venue use local suppliers and purchase / use goods and services from the local areas, this is particularly important during the autumn and winter months in the coastal areas as when the summer tourists have left the unemployment rates soar.
All of the unused natural products supplied in our guest welcome bags are gifted to a local children's home & charity.
