Responsible tourism
As the pioneers of responsible tourism, we screen every trip so you can travel knowing your holiday will help support conservation and local people.

This is an "off the beaten track" holiday on two Cycladic islands mainly known for their sparkling blue waters and brilliant sun. This is practically an eco-guided walking tour, as our guides share their knowledge and experience with our guests in order to help them get familiar with the ecosystems they are travelling into and to understand the significance of having minimum impact.
We don't use 'throw-away' items on our picnics; we opt for fabric picnic tablecloth instead of a paper or a plastic one, washable dishes and cutlets. Our guests should have their own picnic set. We encourage our guests to help us clean at least the spot we choose every time for our stop. We collect any possible garbage and carried them to the nearest operating bucket.
Our company promotes ecotourism and sustainable adventure holidays, whilst providing you a unique travel experience.
The Impacts of this Trip
We strongly believe that local people are one of the important reasons we visit each place, and each destination is primarily their home. We do whatever is possible not to disturb their everyday activities nor their customs and we certainly ask our guests to show the same respect. Furthermore, we intend for our trips to be beneficial for the local community, culture and economy. We strive to educate our travelers about the destination and its local cultures as well as providing guidelines on appropriate behavior to minimize impact.
During this holiday, you will have 10 days to explore 2 amazing islands. That way, with the right balance between hikes and visits, you will have enough time to explore the most of Naxos and Amorgos, to get familiar with the local culture and support the local families and businesses.
During this trip, our guests will taste a variety of traditional delicacies, cooked using locally produced ingredients. Locally produced fruits, vegetables, fine herbs, chees, wine and more, especially in Naxos with its strong agricultural activity, and also typical locally distillated liquors such as “Citro” in Naxos or “Psimeni” in Amorgos.
We stay in locally-owned hotels, we have dinner in traditional mainly family-run taverns and we shop for our picnics locally produced products. We always encourage our guests to select for their souvenirs small artisans and workshops, instead of the common mass touristic shops. This way we support the local community.
Our guides and local partners with their expertise and knowledge on the area will make this trip and unforgettable experience for you.
