Departure information

This holiday can be booked from March 23 to June 30 (Eastern weekend excluded) and from September 1 to October 31.
Accessible overview:
We aim to accommodate as many people as possible so if you have a specific requirement please talk to us and we will see what we can do.
'Free from' food:
We have gained experience regarding special dietary requirements:
- gluten free
- shellfish allergy
- no salami, ham and other dry meats or pork casing
- other intolerances: tofu, coffee, tea, spicy food, lamb, veal, quinoa, pineapple, fava bean, almond. On our tours vegetarian meals are not at all a problem, but it is important that we know it in advance.
In the case of vegan meals, we need to change some restaurants and need at least four months in advance to arrange with all restaurants.

Responsible tourism

As the pioneers of responsible tourism, we screen every trip so you can travel knowing your holiday will help support conservation and local people.

As a small size local tour operator, we are passionate and enthusiastic about our region, offering journeys that benefit both local communities and our guests. Through this travel you discover the Apulian landscape and the local society: our main purpose is to propagate sustainable tourism, as a possibility of sociality, exchange and economy improvement.

Even if every day you enjoy new places, the driven distances are reduced to the essential, making possible a variety of landscapes and experiences by a low hydrocarbon impact.

All meals are based on seasonal local food for the transport minimizing and the preservation of traditional farm and biodiversity.

Furthermore we do recommend that you avoid single-use-plastic-bag s during your holiday and in general single-use-packaging.

In our office: We started from our working place by lowering resources consumption, in fact we just use materials with longer life; we reduce as much as possible wastes and use the corresponding differentiated collection.

The Impacts of this Trip

We are convinced that conversations throughout the itinerary can facilitate interactions between guests and local people as a path for intellectual enrichment in both directions. We would also like to encourage new perspectives to both, the natural and artistic heritage of South Italy, because we believe, it is a sustainable way of enjoying unknown places and cultures during your journey.

In the last decades the tourist flow to Puglia increased significantly and today it is difficult for travelers, especially for foreigners, to discern touristy places from shops and restaurants favorite by locals, as we do. Moreover, by escaping mass tourism places, you will avoid the visitors concentration that represents actually a serious problem in some part of Italy.

Small sized, locally-owned accommodation is who we choose to collaborate with. We also use local guides to guarantee a sustainable further use of tourist incomes.

Furthermore we suggest to buy local manufactured products to have something unique and support the local economy.
