Small group adventure holiday
Whether you are travelling alone or with friends/family its good value, and a great way to meet new people! While itineraries are pre-planned there is plenty of free time to explore at your own pace. This trip will appeal to travellers of all ages who enjoy meeting new people as well as seeing new places.Responsible tourism
As the pioneers of responsible tourism, we screen every trip so you can travel knowing your holiday will help support conservation and local people.

We adhere to a strict responsible travel policy which clients are encouraged to follow. This includes the mentality of “leaving nothing but footprints” when visiting sites and places of interest, as well as ensuring hotel rooms are left in the most responsible way possible. This includes switching off electricity, requesting not to have towels changed everyday and leaving the room in a clean state.
We aim to keep the group size small, with the maximum being 10 people. Small group tours are the most sustainable way of travelling, as it allows us to stay in smaller, locally owned accommodation and eat in smaller restaurants who do not have the capacity for large group tours. When visiting historical sites, simply walking on the grounds can have a huge impact on the infrastructure, therefore smaller groups have less of an impact.
The Impacts of this Trip
This tour uses both local Georgian and Armenian guides for each section of the tour. Providing employment locally is of the utmost importance and also gives customers the most educational experience as they learn about the history and culture of these wonderful countries. The tour is run on a private minivan, using a local transport supplier and driver. This allows the tour to get off the beaten track and explore further sites that they would not reach on public transport.
During our time in Armenia we visit a local winery outside the village of Areni. This is a wonderful opportunity for customers to taste some of the finest wine and support a local business at the same time.
Local guides have the best knowledge on cafes, restaurants and bars where customers can get the most authentic experience while providing business for smaller establishments. As the group size is kept small it allows the group to support smaller accommodations and restaurants that do not have the infrastructure for large groups.
