Responsible tourism
As the pioneers of responsible tourism, we screen every trip so you can travel knowing your holiday will help support conservation and local people.

During our hikes, we only use already marked paths/trails and therefore try to preserve the environment as it is. Walking only on used paths helps to conserve flora, fauna, and wildlife. By limiting our presence in some areas, we also help to protect the environment against tourism exposure.
Also, our groups never exceed the number of 15 people. Consequently, we really try to minimize our impact on nature and leave behind nothing, but footprints.
We do, indeed, visit some so-called 'highlights' during our holiday, but we also stretch our itineraries to other specific areas, that are not considered very touristic, which gives them that extra added local value. That way, we always try to support the local economy in the community we visit, so we always eat at local restaurants, visit local markets, and help the community in any way we can.
The Impacts of this Trip
Working in tourism is also about sharing local culture and preserving local habits and traditions. During our tours, we visit smaller, unknown villages, which helps to promote sustainable tourism and help the local economy. Further on, we arrange businesses directly with local providers and suppliers, avoiding unnecessary intermediates and giving the money to those who really benefit.
For example, we have our usual transport partner who owns a smaller company, so we do not use big transportation companies but rather book with him, who provides exactly the vehicle that suits us best.
All our tours are guided by local guides, with passion for outdoors and nature and with certified licenses for various sports. We try to look for motivated individuals that care for the environment and sustainable travel. By doing so, we try to guarantee responsible travel, connecting travelers to locals and providing a unique experience for everyone. We offer our employees a fair wage and support them in various training programs that might deepen their knowledge in different tourism fields.
