As the pioneers of responsible tourism, we've screened this (and every) holiday so that you can travel knowing it will help support the places and people that you visit, and the planet. Read how below.

1. Environmental Impact:The Marine Conservation volunteers in Split have the unique opportunity to provide support to underwater clean-up efforts, helping to reduce sea pollution and conserve marine life! All volunteer efforts on the project work towards the vision of healthier oceans, thriving ecosystems and a clean coastline – all driven by an aware and inspired community. As part of this, your tasks as a volunteer can include collecting trash from the sea, logging information on items collected, learning more about the marine ecosystem and how to protect it, and observing and identifying fish.
Please note in your application when you apply for the program if you have any existing dive certifications.
2. Our team:

1. Community Engagement:Travellers can also work to raise awareness of the locals, both with the young public but also with the fisherman community. They can create and participate in initiatives and events which promote education towards a more sustainable approach in sectors such as fishing, water sports, etc...
They can also contribute to educating children from local schools about environmental issues, conservation, and protection of the local biodiversity and marine resources.
3. Local sourcing:
We only promote tourism experiences who respect local traditions and minimize social negative impacts. We preferentially suggest locally guided tours to value the traditional culture and the heritage embedded within the respective culture.
2. Our team:
Through volunteer work, flexible working hours that promote a better work-life balance, and sourcing from local and socially and environmentally responsible suppliers we strive to apply our values to our everyday work ethic as a company and reflected in every action taken by us.
