We can cater for vegetarian and vegan diets.
As the pioneers of responsible tourism, we've screened this (and every) holiday so that you can travel knowing it will help support the places and people that you visit, and the planet. Read how below.
Our premises were built and renovated following the local traditional architecture and they are found at the very top of the Vio Valley, one of the points with the most impressive and awe-inspiring views of the Ordesa National Park. Surrounded by sharp edge mountains and green limitless meadows, our homes invite you to rest and enjoy the unbeatable panoramic views of Sestrales massif and the nearby Añisclo canyon.
Our multidisciplinary team is only formed by local-based professionals. Herbal medicine specialists, yoga and shiatsu instructors, mountain guides, cooks and astronomists, each of them qualified local professionals, which means they are genuinely passionate about their jobs and the place they live. Our visitors can expect an excellent group tailored approach on every one of the activities and disciplines of yoga practised.
The food at our yoga retreats is prepared from the freshest, locally sourced produce. As you will discover, the way our chef prepares the fruit and vegetables during our retreats is second to none. All for the purpose of helping you satisfy your appetite with the most nutritious and healthy vegetarian and vegan meals.
We actively seek to minimise waste, and we invite our visitors to make responsible use of water and electricity. We recycle cardboard, paper, plastic, cans and glass using special recycling containers, which guests are encouraged to use too.
PeopleMind and body wellbeing
Phycological and physical relief is becoming a developing need among people caused chiefly by our alienating daily routines. We want to represent a change in our visitors' lifestyles through the appreciation of nature. Throughout the week, the workshops will connect to and unify the themes of mindfulness by thinking about how we interrelate with the natural world around us through a series of creative and intuitive activities.
In the meantime, physical activity is constantly encouraged throughout our morning and evening yoga routines, as well as our guided and interpreted hikes in the Ordesa and Monte Perdido National Park. We encourage everyone to feel free and walk around to discover our beautiful guesthouse surroundings.
Our holiday welcome human beings from all over the world. Some explorers, other yogis, mountaineers, athletes, writers, families, photographers ... We welcome all people with a smile in our hearts, grateful that the journey of life has brought you to our magical corner.
