Memorable parts? We had a wonderful holiday. Loved New Zealand, what is there not to like? Beautiful countryside, lovely people, lots to do and a nation that is responsible in maintaining the environment. Hard to pick most memorable....both my husband and I did a 2 day horse trek and we had a ball. Then landing on a glacier in a ski plane was awesome. Can't overlook the wonderful people we met everywhere, they made the trip! My personal favorite place was Arthur's Pass at the Wilderness Lodge.... (more)Cathy Shiner

The most memorable part of the track was coming down from the tussock highlands along the Heaphy River, emerging out of the forest and seeing the beaches of The Tasman Sea. (more)Allan Justus

Memorable parts? The scenery, the culture, the tour leader Mayuko was the best leader ever. Very friendly, helpful, warm, informative she made the holiday. Tips? Travel light there is a lot of moving around between train stations and bus stations etc. Food is limiting enough if you don't eat meat/fish.
