Iceland is a small country and people are involved in the sustainable development. Whenever they can guesthouse use local products and home made dishes. Some company compensate their carbon compensation by planting trees here (Hauganes Whale Watching for example) + we encourage people to experiment slow travel, we make trips that involve less kilometers and that focus on longer stay at the same place when possible + we do activities that don't involve large pollution such as snowmobile tour, helicopter tours, large 4x4 trips and promote instead walk on the glacier, treks... and finally we plants also trees for each customers that we have.
