1. What was the most memorable or exciting part of your holiday?

So many moments but walking on the Perito Moreno Glacier was amazing!

2. What tips would you give other travellers booking this holiday?

Make sure you exchange money/get cash when in the larger cities such as Buenos Aires. Alot of places such as restaurants did not accept credit cards and using ATM/CC with chips in the ATM machine was not always possible.

3. Did you feel that your holiday benefited local people, reduced environmental impacts or supported conservation?

Yes, we supported the local economy and provided funds that support conservation.

4. Finally, how would you rate your holiday overall?

Outstanding! One of my best/favorite adventure vacations!

1. What was the most memorable or exciting part of your holiday?

The trek to Fitzroy and Torres Del Paine.

2. What tips would you give other travellers booking this holiday?

Don't expect to be in a group. Restaurants are expensive although there is an ATM now in El Chalten it can run out if money, so take cash. More and more of the restaurants are taking credit cards, big sure about the Chilean side in Torres Del Paine.

3. Did you feel that your holiday benefited local people, reduced environmental impacts or supported conservation?

Helped local people.

4. Finally, how would you rate your holiday overall?

We expected a group holiday however it was great to have our own guides. Some of the transfers were a bit chaotic ( El Chalten back to Calafare, and to and from Torres de Paine where we had to link up with a pick up - but they seemed to work. The hotel in T Del P had a wonderful view but was full of very large tour groups which were like locusts with the dinner buffet which was far too expensive for mediocre food. We also had an issue with an iPad that we left at El Chalten and had arranged for it to be delivered back to Calafate the next day, but we were surprised to be contacted by Jose from Kallpa tours to say he had arranged the delivery for 2 days later and we were to be charged. We would have much rather given the money to the helpful receptionist at Cafalete as a tip.

I want to let you know that we are so grateful for your feedback. I'm glad to hear that you had an enjoyable trip. I was sorry to hear about the surprise delivery fee for your forgotten iPad. I've addressed this with our local office. We are grateful you used us for this trip and we hope you think of us for your future travels. Thanks again!
