1. What was the most memorable or exciting part of your holiday?
Learning about flora and fauna of Cuba (the guide Emilio is really knowledgeable!). Also learning about the story of Cuba and its fraught relationship with US.
2. What tips would you give other travellers booking this holiday?
8 days is not enough! And bring USD, there is really no need to change to Euros. The vendors prefer USD to the Cuban pesos.
3. Did you feel that your holiday benefited local people, reduced environmental impacts or supported conservation?
Yes, we went to local places, even out
of the way ones. There is a lot of
travelling though so maybe not so
good for the environment!
4. Finally, how would you rate your holiday overall?
Excellent! Eye-opening and very
enjoyable! The only downpoint is the
poor response from the operator they
take more than a week to answer
emails, are not helpful or responsive.
They still have not sent me a signed
affidavit form that I am supposed to
have to return to the US.

That being said, it is disappointing to hear of the delays your experienced when booking your trip with is. Unfortunately, our turnaround times are uncharacteristically long at the moment, with Sales our teams being very busy as travel restrictions are lifted and the industry picks up again.
