1. What was the most memorable or exciting part of your holiday?
Well, it was certainly not exciting. The countryside was very nice.
2. What tips would you give other travellers booking this holiday?
3. Did you feel that your holiday benefited local people, reduced environmental impacts or supported conservation?
I'm guessing the local tour company made a killing on it.
4. Finally, how would you rate your holiday overall?
An absolute rip off. This trip was billed as being 'premium' and cost twice as much as my previous walking week in Madeira with another operator but was
nothing like as good: badly organised and in unattractive hotels.

We would like to thank Josephine for her feedback, although we sincerely regret that she did not enjoy her tour in Portugal and that it did not meet her expectations. We usually receive very positive feedback for this tour; however, we are genuinely sorry that Josephine's experience was not of the standard we would expect our customers to have.
