1. What was the most memorable or exciting part of your holiday?
Trying paddle boarding for the first time was great fun but in fact all the activities were good. Well organised and pitched at an ideal level for our 8, 11 & 13 year old boys.2. What tips would you give other travellers booking this holiday?
The company was excellent pre-holiday in all my communications with them and once in Vila Nova de Milfontes the local team led by Ricardo and Raphael were equally excellent. We had not joined a group holiday like this before so don't know whether we were just lucky with our fellow travellers but we felt it added hugely to the enjoyment of the activities to be with like-minded families.3. Did you feel that your holiday benefited local people, reduced environmental impacts or supported conservation?
Ricardo was extremely knowledgeable about the local area and the activities were certainly low in terms of environmental impact.4. Finally, how would you rate your holiday overall?

Meeting Ricardo. We learned much about local culture from him. The Alentejo coast is really beautiful.2. What tips would you give other travellers booking this holiday?
Be relaxed and curious and prepared to take up new physical challenges. You can feel you are in safe hands.3. Did you feel that your holiday benefited local people, reduced environmental impacts or supported conservation?
Yes I did. I am not convinced we reduced environmental impact but we certainly benefited local people and local people involved in conservation.4. Finally, how would you rate your holiday overall?

1. What was the most memorable or exciting part of your holiday?
All the activity days were really well organised and it was fantastic to be able to try out a new activity - often somewhere which felt quite remote and off the beaten track - only to return to the start point and find a lovely lunch set up for us in a lovely shady spot somewhere. The Guides were all really, friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and supportive and patient with our nerves and lack of skills in some of the activities! A great selection of activities were provided and just the right balance between active time and free time.2. What tips would you give other travellers booking this holiday?

The local guides were clearly passionate about the area and providing a great service and experience to us. Not sure about benefiting local people, reducing environmental impact or supporting conservation.....other than educating the guests.4. Finally, how would you rate your holiday overall?

1. What was the most memorable or exciting part of your holiday?
Learning to surf on the most beautiful beach, fantastic waves, great instructors that were funny and interactive. They were quick to teach on the beach so we could get in the water and make the most of the time available. You are never going to be able to learn it all in one session, so having an idea of the basics and being given the freedom just to give it a go was brilliant. Plenty of instructors in the water to help get you going. I loved it.2. What tips would you give other travellers booking this holiday?
Take a rucksack, water shoes and take old t-shirts for daytime activities that can get wet and dirty.3. Did you feel that your holiday benefited local people, reduced environmental impacts or supported conservation?
It definitely benefited local people, we ate and drank in local bars, the activity organiser was a local company.4. Finally, how would you rate your holiday overall?

1. What was the most memorable or exciting part of your holiday?
All of the activities were well planned and days went like clockwork. Discovering the lagoon, crossing it by raft ant rope bridge was fantastic as well as the brave jumps. Fantastic family memories.2. What tips would you give other travellers booking this holiday?
Bring clothes that dry quickly and two towels. Some of our shoes and clothing didn't make it home, save dressing up for the evenings. High factor sun cream and plenty of water needed.3. Did you feel that your holiday benefited local people, reduced environmental impacts or supported conservation?
The activities made the most of the natural area. The location was stunning and mostly only the Portugese holiday there. We loved being offered the local cheese and olives with all meals.4. Finally, how would you rate your holiday overall?
