The most memorable part of the holiday was staying in some fabulous homestays. Arriving at the first one, Nelpura, Moncompu in a canoe felt like royalty. 
(more)Kruger National Park was the most exciting - we saw absolutely everything there was to see - Rhino, Hippo, Lions, Elephants, Leopards, Crocodiles, Hyenas, Baboons, Water Buffalo, Impala, Wart Hogs, Kudu, Springbok and Birds too numerous to mention. Amazing holiday. Very varied and interesting with a good mix of people of all ages and nationalities. We saw all of the top sights in the area and good trips were organised e.g. horse riding.

Church going in Armenia and Georgia, visiting a sea resort in Georgia, eating excellent food in guesthouses, climbing up hills and rocks to reach an isolated church. (more)Stunning and varied scenery in wonderful hot weather from the might of the Panama Canal to the jaw dropping beauty of the rain and cloud forests to the awesome splendour of the region's volcanoes and craters...It was an absolutely stunning experience, greatly helped by the small group I travelled and very well organised and let by this travel company. Had an amazing time... We covered a lot of areas that would have been really difficult to access (and impossible to carry tent, cooking equipment food etc by ourselves) and got a good overview of many of the places and things that people want to see and do. (more)
There were so many highlights to this holiday which covered so many countries... Staying the night in a hilltribe village in northern Thailand, snorkling on the coral reefs around Ko Phi Phi, 4x4 driving, drinking tea in a tea plantation in the Cameron highlands...exploring great cities like KL and Singapore. Fantastic, but tough going at times!

Besides the monumental and unique sceneries, the best moments of the travel happened during the contact with the beautiful people of the Tibet and of Nepal. Their culture is so rich and different that, as the altitude itself, takes away our breath and turn these days into unforgettable holidays.
