was one of the best trips I have ever done. We experienced all kinds of travel, visited many amazing sites and learned more in one month than most people do in a lifetime. 5*++++++++ It was absolutely superb! The operator may be a small company but it's dedication to providing the best service and most rounded and authentic personal experience of the country meant that I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. (more)Alice Ross
This trip was an amazing introduction to southeast Asia for me. I felt that my experience of Thailand and Laos was enhanced by this trip...Trekking throughout the north of Laos was amazing. Southern Thailand holiday, reefs & rainforests
A great break, a brilliantly organised holiday, the tour guide OH really made it what it was, his in depth knowledge and enthusiasm for Thailand really made a difference. The train journey down to Nikon si thammarat was great... waking up in the morning and opening the window to a whole new world, as the train travelled through the rainforest was truly spectacular, it really made the experience real, much better than a boring aeroplane ! (more)Amy Lance
We enjoyed the holiday overall and the last few days on the island were a welcome break after previous exertions! (more)Sue Hewson
The most memorable parts were the nature/countryside, trekking and climbing, the waterfalls. (more)Debbie Hughes

Timeless Thailand holiday
The temples in Angkor Wat / Siem Reap were incredible. The roads in Cambodia were pretty memorable as well [though for a completely different reason!]. (more)Candy Owens
Great country, fantastic guide, very friendly and welcoming local people. Would book another trip with same company but especially Thailand if I could get the same guide as she really helped the group come together and made sure everything went as smoothly and was as much fun as possible. Too many exciting experiences to recount. However we loved the alternative accommodation in the lodges - made a refreshing change from the usual soulless 5 star hotels. (more)Helen Quayle

Thailand activity holiday, bike, hike & raft
Memorable parts? The first village stay on the hill tribe trek - we were the first group to stay in this village, and the kids were so excited to see us that I think we became a free babysitting service to the whole village for the entire night! Tips? Be prepared to 'rough it' and bring a sense of adventure with you. Many of the nights accommodation involve some form of shared accommodation with the whole group - think home stays, bamboo huts when trekking, house boats, and sleeper... (more)Hannah Gausden

Memorable parts? Trekking in the hill area around Chang Mai, and staying in the tree house. The kayaking from beautiful beaches and the many historical buildings were also very memorable Tips? Definitely take a rucksack. For those who didn't it was a hassle. We did not really need water bottles as water provision was excellent Local benefits? Yes, especially in the less traditionally tourist areas. This was less soon the beach areas where tourism seemed more well established. Overall... (more)Ruth Leese

Bangkok to Singapore small group tours
Memorable parts? I love Cameron Highlands and the trekking experience Tips? Do some research on the places to visit. When packing, take outfit and shoes for a night out at bars and clubs but also pack some warm clothes and a light waterproof jacket Avoid street food and tap water as you may end up with a bad stomach. This include avoiding fresh fruit and salad that have been washed with tap water. Carry some tablets for loose stool When going out, avoid carrying all your money with... (more)Pratima Bisto

Thailand, Laos and Cambodia holiday
Memorable parts? The train Journey from Bangkok, the days on the Mekong and the guided tour of Bangkok. Tips? There are not too many high spots on this holiday, as it misses out the main sights. This is a rather low key trip and some of it is very beautiful. It does take you to less visited areas. Prepare for two full days of travelling at the end to get to Phenom Phen. Local benefits? Definitely relations with local people were respectful and brought benefits to them. Overall... (more)Lesley Holly

Indochina holiday adventure
Memorable parts? Treking through the jungle and then meeting a hill tribe in Laos - drinking local whisky with the "chief." Meeting other lowland tribes in Laos. These visits gave us an appreciation of how people live (very different to our own lives!) A day sailing down the Ou river into the Mekong river and another day sailing down the Sangker river in Cambodia. Visit to the Golden Triangle and a very enjoyable stay in Luang Prabang. Eating with fellow travellers, enabling us to sample... (more)Joyce Godfrey

Holidays to Thailand, Classical Thailand
Memorable parts? The cookery course at Cooking at Home. The railway and war cemetary at Kanchanaburi, elephant training centre. Time to "chill" Tips? Think about booking an extra night before/after the trip. The hotel in Bangkok is close to the markets of Banglampu and Thawet and the best shopping was in Bangkok. Be prepared for the heat/humidity. Up to 40 degrees in March. However this is a very leisurely trip and most of the accommodation was very comfortable so it was more than... (more)deborah lloyd

Single parent holiday in Thailand
Memorable parts? Hell fire pass, kayaking along the river, seeing a rubber 'production plant' in the jungle on the side of the road. Tips? If you want to be in a group, donít book until the last minute, or until you have been told who else is on the holiday. Pack light. You donít need many clothes (itís hot out there!) and you do need to move from place to place quite a lot. Local benefits? Yes.... to a certain extent. Overall rating? We were well looked after, and... (more)Sue Cooper

From £1729 - £1804 including UK flights
Indochina small group adventure holiday
Memorable parts? The Angkor temples - If this was just one temple it would probably not be as majestic, but the plethora of temples, their architecture and engineering and the area they cover is simply breathtaking! Tips? It's a trip easily coordinated on your own and you do not need to pay an agency premium for it, unless you are pressed for time. Allow at least 3 days in Angkor. Try flying as much as you can and avoid road travelling as the roads and driving are rather bad - spoiling... (more)Yianna Loizou
