A very unique country - difficult to say which part was most memorable. The scenery, especially the Accursed mountains, history, culture, food and very welcoming people... Fabulous. None does it better than this tour operator! Read full reviewResponsible Travel

CARBON REDUCTIONClients are encouraged to utilise direct flights were available to join the tour. Throughout our time in Albania our small group (max 12) travels overland by mini bus, eliminating the need for any domestic flights.
While we conduct city tours on foot, we also enjoy two days of human power (walking) within two of Albania's national parks, and travel along the Drin River by boat.
Albania relies almost 100% on hydropower - one of the only countries in the world, this helps the country reduce its greenhouse gas emissions from fossil fuels. This means that all accommodation on this trip uses local hydroelectric power.
Vegetarian and vegan food options are available each day of the tour.
ENVIRONMENT AND WILDLIFE
We visit a number of national parks and UNESCO heritage sites on this tour, including Butrini Park, which is an archaeological park run by the National Agency of Protected Areas. The entrance fee helps the agency maintain and protect the site.
To help reduce the use of single-use plastic, we actively promote the use of filtered water bottles to our clients.
