1. What was the most memorable or exciting part of your holiday?

Dancing late into the evening in the street to a jazz band in the medieval village Souillac.

2. What tips would you give other travellers booking this holiday?

Make sure you have a cool bag and somehow organise getting plenty of water plus snacks for lunch on canoe days as we never found any refreshments.

3. Did you feel that your holiday benefited local people, reduced environmental impacts or supported conservation?

Some hotels had reduced bathroom toiletry packaging - although not all. All hotels seem to be run or owned by local people employing local people. Being in a canoe I believe has low impact on conservation.

4. Finally, how would you rate your holiday overall?

We had a wonderful time despite at times very high temperature. The only minus was the high heat and a very rudimentary fan in our room which made sleeping very difficult - this could be easily fixed.

Yes

4. Finally, how would you rate your holiday overall?

1. What was the most memorable or exciting part of your holiday?

Medieval village of Cerrenac. The picnic from Le Fenelon Hotel in Cerrenac. The food and pools in all the hotels.

2. What tips would you give other travellers booking this holiday?

You need cycling gloves to kayak that far! Luckily our plumber had warned us in advance and we had bought them. The info RT sent mentioned this but only received that info day before travel, this should have been sent at least 7 days before to give time to prepare.

3. Did you feel that your holiday benefited local people, reduced environmental impacts or supported conservation?

Supported local family hotels.

4. Finally, how would you rate your holiday overall?

Reps Rachel and Nick were brilliant, friendly and informative. The staff great on phone and email. A great family holiday, occasionally challenging.
