Thankyou for your kind feedback and we are very happy that you enjoyed your holiday so much. The tip about gel seats is a good one - we do in fact provide gel seats upon request, however we will make this option clearer in the future.
Regarding benefits to the community and environment, our aim is to build these into all of our holidays ways that may not always be noticeable. For example, your city tour provided money to a co-operative of rickshaw drivers who have lost income because of changing habits towards motorbikes and cars in Phnom Penh. Also the hotels you stayed at were chosen for their green practices and contribution to local employment and, of course, a bike tour also cuts down pollution and carbon emissions, particularly in Siem Reap.
If you would like any further information on how this trip benefited local people and environments in the places you visited, please do let us know.
