1. What was the most memorable or exciting part of your holiday?
The scenery was incredible, our guide Christian along with Caisa and Anna were amazing and showing us the best of Northern Sweden.2. What tips would you give other travellers booking this holiday?
Trust your guide and go with the flow, they know best for what and when to do according to weather etc. Hire the cold weather kit, its makes a big difference to your comfort and enables you to enjoy the great cold outdoors.3. Did you feel that your holiday benefited local people, reduced environmental impacts or supported conservation?
Yes, as we were guided by Christian, Anna and Caisa who have all lived and worked in this region for a long time.4. Finally, how would you rate your holiday overall?
4.5, it would have been 5 but the Amber hotel was not good at all. Which is a shame as it is the first and last experience on the trip.Read the operator's response here:

1. What was the most memorable or exciting part of your holiday?
It’s very hard to pin point an exiting part, because from beginning to end we can say that it was our best vacation yet; but if we had to choose it would be our stay at Lenart’s place, sleeping in the tents!2. What tips would you give other travellers booking this holiday?
To just do it! You will not regret your decision !3. Did you feel that your holiday benefited local people, reduced environmental impacts or supported conservation?
Yes to all; and not only that, but to have been able to learn about the Sami people and their culture was, above all, an espiritual experience in itself. We hope that they can go on living and sharing their lives with the reindeers for many years to come, and that the Swedish government finally gives them the recognition that they deserve.4. I can’t choose. It was all memorable and exciting.2. What tips would you give other travellers booking this holiday?
Go willing to open your mind and step out of your comfort zone.3. Did you feel that your holiday benefited local people, reduced environmental impacts or supported conservation?
Absolutely. Once out of the city it was locals who were employed to look after us. Food locally gathered, fished, hunted or bred , usually by those cooking it for us. Local Sami aimed to educate us about their life style and the problems outsiders were causing for them.4. Finally, how would you rate your holiday overall?
