Reviews for Buenos Aires and Patagonia holiday in Argentina
Louise Couillard-Ziperman review 25 Mar 2025
1. What was the most memorable or exciting part of your holiday?
I can't pinpoint which part was the most memorable. The glaciers were impressive. The Quebrada De La Conchas mountains breathtaking. Iguazu waterfalls were a sight to behold;' not to be missed. And the Tango show in Buenos Aires was thoroughly enjoyable and gave us a taste of the country we were about to discover.2. What tips would you give other travellers booking this holiday?
Make sure to verify all the information of your itinerary on Vamoos. Do not be afraid to question your guides and the operator on things that you are uncertain about. Pack light. Do not book Delvino hotel; there was black mold on the walls outside. The room was old, paint peeling and dirty. Could have used a coat of paint. The bedsheets were old and stained. There was no refrigerator in the room and very few plugs to use with cell phone, camera, electronic equipment.3. Did you feel that your holiday benefited local people, reduced environmental impacts or supported conservation?
I do. We purchased several items from Argentinos that were crafted by them. We ate at many local restaurants. We tipped our guides, chauffeurs and wait persons generously. We threw our trash in designated receptacles.4. Finally, how would you rate your holiday overall?
It was a trip of a lifetime. My head is full of memorable and wonderful memories.Holiday Reviews
