1. What was the most memorable or exciting part of your holiday?
Meeting the families and our trusted guide Khalid who was very kind and shared his knowledge of the culture of Berber people in Morocco.2. What tips would you give other travellers booking this holiday?
Be prepared for the heat in the months July and August. Drink plenty of water and be careful of drinking alcohol which dehydrates you especially wine. This can lead to illness including diarrhea which is unpleasant if travelling around.3. Did you feel that your holiday benefited local people, reduced environmental impacts or supported conservation?
Yes, I felt the tour operator was very tuned into local people and local businesses. Yes, we did good walking and well spaced out journeys with really useful impactful stops along the way. I also decided to travel to Morrocco by sea, bicycle, train and ferry from Ireland. It took me a 6 days to reach Casablanca but it allowed me see France and Spain on the way to Morrocco. Unfortunately, I had to fly back so I will have to compensate for the carbon impact. If you have ideas, please contact me4. Finally, how would you rate your holiday overall?
Thank you to the tour operator for a most memorable experience. I hope to return to Morrocco for a cycling holiday someday in cooler time of year as I love Africa.Meredith Balgley review 15 Jan 2019

1. What was the most memorable or exciting part of your holiday?
Visiting Morocco itself - it is an amazing country with so much to offer - amazing landscapes, history, the desert and fertile oasis and the warmth and hospitality of the people!2. What tips would you give other travellers booking this holiday?
Be ready to eat a lot of tajines!3. Did you feel that your holiday benefited local people, reduced environmental impacts or supported conservation?
I hope so4. Finally, how would you rate your holiday overall?
The holiday was good but I was very disappointed with the food - I had informed the operator about my dietary requirements (vegetarian) and also told the guide as soon as the holiday started and gave him regular reminders. However, the food on offer at the homes we visited and the restaurants we went to was insipid and not tasty at all. On one occasion, we stopped for lunch and there was a carcass of an animal hanging where we were seated. I moved inside by myself and the food on offer was a tomato and onion salad and bread. The guide was aware that I am vegetarian but he did nothing to help find suitable places for me to eat. The accommodation was mainly basic and I understand that the operator likes to support local businesses. Nevertheless, the standards in some of the hotels were very low and the showers didn't work and the toilets were leaking in some of the hotels. For these reasons, it is unlikely that I will travel with this operator again. I paid a decent some of money to have this holiday and I do not feel I got value for the amount I paid.Peter Tomlinson review 15 May 2018

1. What was the most memorable or exciting part of your holiday?
There were many, but possibly the camel ride into the desert and activity in the desert camp.2. What tips would you give other travellers booking this holiday?
Be prepared. We had too many summer clothes. Warm, casual and loose fitting garments with a pair of comfortable walking shoes are essential.3. Did you feel that your holiday benefited local people, reduced environmental impacts or supported conservation?
Yes, we were frequently reminded of how and where best to support the local communities.4. Finally, how would you rate your holiday overall?
A great experience, if not relaxing; but we understood that in order to see and experience so much there would be a lot of travelling. Some accommodation was basic and disappointing, but overall we enjoyed the cultural and friendly trip with very informative guides.Holiday Reviews
