1. What was the most memorable or exciting part of your holiday?
Boat trip from Seam Reap to Battambang. Temples at Angkor Wat.2. What tips would you give other travellers booking this holiday?
Be prepared for early starts to maximise the time. There is often rest time during the heat of the day. Make use of this as it is too hot to do much, and to conserve energy for the morning and afternoon/evening itineraries.3. Did you feel that your holiday benefited local people, reduced environmental impacts or supported conservation?
Th holiday benefited locals by using local guides and drivers, and often eating in smaller local restaurants. The hotels used were mainly smaller family run operations, not the large chains.4. Finally, how would you rate your holiday overall?
Excellent. Very well thought out and varied itinerary. Plenty to see and do, but also time to relax and socialise.Sabina Latif review 8 May 2017
1. What was the most memorable or exciting part of your holiday?
Walk through a jungle to get to a temple and seeing snippets of wildlife along the way including a snake!2. What tips would you give other travellers booking this holiday?
Although hot and humid I am so glad I went during low season in April as I got to take everything in without huge crowds getting in the way.3. Did you feel that your holiday benefited local people, reduced environmental impacts or supported conservation?
4. Finally, how would you rate your holiday overall?
Just a really lovely holiday. Perfect pace with lots of sightseeing but also lots of free time to relax. Tour guides were fab, very knowledgeable and friendly and not in your face! A great country with a fascinating history and great people. I felt very well looked after.Andrea Vogel review 8 Oct 2016
1. What was the most memorable or exciting part of your holiday?
The sites I visited in Cambodia were spectacular, and being able to just relax knowing that my tour operator was looking after everything was so valuable for me. They made me feel truly immersed in the local environment, food, people in a very short time (1 week) and I loved my tuktuk trips just taking in the scenery.2. What tips would you give other travellers booking this holiday?
Trust the tour operator choices for food and sites to visit. People who usually manage their own trips (like me) may tend to be drawn to tourist places and direct the trip too much. Don't ... these guys know what they are doing and why, just take it all in and enjoy not having to organise anything for once. It's a holiday.3. Did you feel that your holiday benefited local people, reduced environmental impacts or supported conservation?
I very much felt that the trip was oriented towards local communities in the sense that while off course you want to do all the tourist stuff and sites, we often chose to eat in local places rather than on the main street. The tour operator knows a lot of local people and deals directly with them instead of going through third parties.4. Finally, how would you rate your holiday overall?
Excellent holiday. Being a very critical person, I must admit this was one of the best holidays I ever had (and I have travelled a lot in my life). It's the first time I actually booked a tour, as I usually plan my own visits. But it will not be the last one. If you can afford it, this is the best and most relaxing way to spend a holiday. Thanks a lot to Mark and Mr Nak!!Holiday Reviews
