1. What was the most memorable or exciting part of your holiday?
It was not that memorable
2. What tips would you give other travellers booking this holiday?
Unfortunately the operator dropped the ball on this particular tour. A combination of a new inexperienced tour leader, dirty poorly maintained accommodation
and inedible food. My expectation of the actual tour itself was different from the reality. No transport to and from town on days off. I would not recommend
until the issues are resolved.
3. Did you feel that your holiday benefited local people, reduced environmental impacts or supported conservation?
Not at all

Thank you Ronda for your review, although we are sincerely sorry that you were so disappointed with your experience and that the trip did not meet your expectations. Our operations manager visited the property soon after your stay and she understands that you stayed in the annex of the property which is not usually used for our clients and we have been assured that these rooms will not be used again in future. We acknowledge that the standards of the food served at the accommodation has seemed to slip recently and so the operations manager has spent considerable time reviewing the menu and discussing the main issues with the staff at the villa and we are confident that they have taken this training onboard. In saying this, should we receive similar feedback, we will look at changing the restaurant for all our clients. We feel itís worth mentioning that this trip usually received good feedback and so we were very sorry that your experience was not inline with this.
