1. What was the most memorable or exciting part of your holiday?
We loved Hoi An and all the different boat trips. Cycling in Hanoi was great too! So many highlights. Our guide Trang was superb and really made the trip special for all of us. She looked after us all, helped us cross the crazy roads (!) and added so many little extras to make our experience so memorable.2. What tips would you give other travellers booking this holiday?
Be ready for early starts and lots of packing and unpacking. It's worth it though as this is a jam-packed holiday and you get to see and experience so much of Vietnam. Also be ready for changes to the itinery due to the weather. Our trip to Ha Long Bay couldn't happen due to a storm but alternative activites were organised that were really great too!3. Did you feel that your holiday benefited local people, reduced environmental impacts or supported conservation?
Yes - we visited lots of places run by local people.4. Finally, how would you rate your holiday overall?
