1. What was the most memorable or exciting part of your holiday?
The walks and taster sessions Angel gives on sherry, olive oil and jamon. A great introduction to Iberian pork and the landscape it is reared in.2. What tips would you give other travellers booking this holiday?
Be aware- Due to custom restrictions you are unable to bring and meat or cheese products home with you. A great shame.3. Did you feel that your holiday benefited local people, reduced environmental impacts or supported conservation?
Lucy and Angel have built an eco friendly business using sustainable building materials, solar panels, ground source heat pumps to heat and cool the hotel as required and much more. Their business helps support many other local businesses too.4. Finally, how would you rate your holiday overall?

Being literally surrounded by maturing Iberian Hams2. What tips would you give other travellers booking this holiday?
The surroundings of the Sierra de Aracena are beautiful, but to get the best from this trip it helps to be a bit of a foodie - and to like pork in general and ham in particular.3. Did you feel that your holiday benefited local people, reduced environmental impacts or supported conservation?
For non-vegetarians it is important that the animals we eat live as natural a life as possible. The raising of Iberian Black Pigs fulfils this requirement. The holiday supports the local ham industry, much of which is small scale and village based. We also supported local restaurants and tapas bars.4. Finally, how would you rate your holiday overall?
