1. What was the most memorable or exciting part of your holiday?

Being literally surrounded by maturing Iberian Hams

2. What tips would you give other travellers booking this holiday?

The surroundings of the Sierra de Aracena are beautiful, but to get the best from this trip it helps to be a bit of a foodie - and to like pork in general and ham in particular.

3. Did you feel that your holiday benefited local people, reduced environmental impacts or supported conservation?

For non-vegetarians it is important that the animals we eat live as natural a life as possible. The raising of Iberian Black Pigs fulfils this requirement. The holiday supports the local ham industry, much of which is small scale and village based. We also supported local restaurants and tapas bars.
