1. What was the most memorable or exciting part of your holiday?
The scenery was spectacular and understanding how the local people live and their strong religious beliefs was illuminating.2. What tips would you give other travellers booking this holiday?
Do not go out to dinner without help from the tour leader. Restaurant staff do not speak English (except a couple of places in Lhasa) and menus are in Chinese only and do not trust photos of the food in some menus - what you get often bears little relationship to the picture. Also try and avoid public toilets - they are disgusting.3. Did you feel that your holiday benefited local people, reduced environmental impacts or supported conservation?
