I have no words to express how fabulous Sophie Hartman is at her job. From the start we were the clients from hell, had to cancel and rebook due to a death in the family. She renegotiated everything. Then I had a horrible accident and mission control, Sophie and her collaborators were invaluable. The holiday itself went above and beyond our expectations and was carefully crafted to suit our needs.Holiday Reviews
