Reviews for Nepal and Bhutan small group tour, 14 days
Sam Royston review 28 Dec 2024
1. What was the most memorable or exciting part of your holiday?
Sitting around a fire outside a homestay in Ghandruk, Nepal, with the owner and other guests - tied with the first glimpse of the Tigers Nest Monastery from above having camped at the Bumdra Monastery the night before.2. What tips would you give other travellers booking this holiday?
Even in December, the days were very warm when you're in the sun and then very cold at night, so packing lots of layers to adjust is essential!3. Did you feel that your holiday benefited local people, reduced environmental impacts or supported conservation?
Yes the holiday benefitted local people as local restaurants and accommodation providers were used most of the time.4. Finally, how would you rate your holiday overall?
Excellent! A great introduction to Nepal and Bhutan that made me want to return to both countries in the future.Holiday Reviews
