Thank you very much, Cynthia, for sharing your feedback and for joining our yoga trek in the Everest region. We’re really happy to hear you enjoyed the stunning landscapes and the warmth of the local people.
We’re sorry to read that some of the accommodations and guiding aspects didn’t fully meet your expectations. The teahouses along the trail are locally run and are quite simple, but they provide a unique way to directly support those, who live in the remote parts of the Himalayas, which is an essential part of how we operate as a responsible travel company. We use locally run accommodation.
We appreciate your comments and will share them with our team of guides to ensure future trips maintain both authenticity and comfort wherever possible. We will try to choose more carefully better options for our next trips. Thank you again for traveling with us and helping to support the people of Nepal.
Warmly,
Lesia
