Our stay in the beautiful town of Matera including our tour, an alfresco meal out and watching the sunset over the amazing buildings.2. What tips would you give other travellers booking this holiday?
Be prepared for a busy schedule. Don’t travel in early June as it is too hot for walking. Make sure that you budget for optional extra trips and the meals out.3. Did you feel that your holiday benefited local people, reduced environmental impacts or supported conservation?
We hope that the visits to local farms, bakery, olive oil and wine producers will have been of benefit to local people4. Finally, how would you rate your holiday overall?

Yes, pretty much everything we ate was organic and produced by small scale enterprises operating with traditional and/or sustainable methods4. Finally, how would you rate your holiday overall?

If you're claustrophobic mention that earlier if you think closed caves are not for you so they can accommodate your needs3. Did you feel that your holiday benefited local people, reduced environmental impacts or supported conservation?

It was a nice and fun holiday that introduces a new part of Italy that is different from northern Italy. The tour guide was amazing who helped everyone beyond the line of duty and was always telling stories about places, and overall making the holiday comfortable and memorableHoliday Reviews
