It was hard walking and the heat did not help. The best was the end the hotel and the view2. What tips would you give other travellers booking this holiday?

Well we were walking from hotel to hotel but had to get to the hotel at the beginning.4. Finally, how would you rate your holiday overall?

Some of the walks involve substantial hills. Not easy in warmer weather - be prepared to take a taxi option if necessary. In particular the first days walking was 6.5 miles mainly uphill, which was extremely challenging as it was quite hot.3. Be prepared for long walks up and down steep valleys and have a relatively good level of fitness3. Did you feel that your holiday benefited local people, reduced environmental impacts or supported conservation?
We supported local businesses and reduced environmental impact as we walked everywhere4. Finally, how would you rate your holiday overall?

Spend an extra day in Porto to visit the beach area. We didn't and will return one day to do this.3. Did you feel that your holiday benefited local people, reduced environmental impacts or supported conservation?
Not particularly, except we used public transport and taxis..4. Finally, how would you rate your holiday overall?
The weather was pleasant for walking 18-24C and the hotels mainly good to very good. The scenery was nice, but unvarying over the holiday.Holiday Reviews
