1. What was the most memorable or exciting part of your holiday?
No single moment stands out but the holiday as a whole was enjoyable with lovely walks, interesting countryside and good food. Very relaxing.2. What tips would you give other travellers booking this holiday?
*On your day off, have a walk through a nearby gorge. It is stunning and a different walking experience to the organised walks. *Be aware that some stretches are walked on tarmac country roads. These are generally very scenic and have hardly any traffic but I found it occasionally too hot to walk on tarmac.3. Did you feel that your holiday benefited local people, reduced environmental impacts or supported conservation?
Absolutely. We were using the local bus (what fun) and had breaks in small countryside bars/shops. The accommodation (Comoranos Apartments) is also locally owned.4. Finally, how would you rate your holiday overall?
Very enjoyable and relaxing holiday in an interesting (and uncrowned) area of Crete.Holiday Reviews
