1. What was the most memorable or exciting part of your holiday?
There are lots of memorable impressions from my recent tour to Puglia. I will miss this newly discovered region of Italy and will certainly visit it again. There is still plenty to see.2. What tips would you give other travellers booking this holiday?
The spring time is the best to travel. Long warm sunny days and quiet evenings, but be prepared for the sea and land winds. Pack some light warm cloths and carry them with you on the tour during the day.3. Did you feel that your holiday benefited local people, reduced environmental impacts or supported conservation?
The region of Puglia is well restored and preserved. Beautiful cities, small coastal towns and country side are amazingly clean and looked well after by local people. I am sure that no-one would want to spoil such beauty leaving any rubbish behind. We used the services of small local restaurants, bought fruit and local produce from open markets, and souvenirs sold not only by small businesses, but also from people who make and sell local art objects from their house doors.4. Finally, how would you rate your holiday overall?
I would rate my recent holiday as five stars. Everything has been well organised, will stay long in memory, and make me plan my next trip to Italy.David Brock review 25 May 2026
