1. What was the most memorable or exciting part of your holiday?
Seeing Orangutans was very memorable and exciting.2. What tips would you give other travellers booking this holiday?
Travel light. For the jungle have some spare clean clothes. Wear good mid height walking shoes not trainers, unsuitable. Lots of river crossings so trousers that turn to shorts are good & flip flops essential. Bring mints, chews, any small things you can share with the fantastic guides.3. Did you feel that your holiday benefited local people, reduced environmental impacts or supported conservation?
I felt I bonded well with the local guides and I hope I respected them as much as they supported me. I was aware that the host company supports and invests in local people. I gained a greater knowledge of Sumatra and the rain forest which I hope I can share back home.4. Finally, how would you rate your holiday overall?
A memorable experience, so well guided individually and by the local guides. I was deeply impressed by the hard work all of the team did, and how they looked after me.Holiday Reviews
