Our Kerala, Hampi and Goa itinerary combines cultural experiences, local accommodation and opportunities to explore destinations on foot, by bicycle and by boat.

Where available and suitable, we select family-run homestays and smaller properties that incorporate natural ventilation, water-saving measures and reduced use of disposable plastics. We discuss these practices with our accommodation partners when planning each itinerary.

Walking tours, cycling excursions and traditional rowboat trips offer opportunities to experience the countryside, villages and backwaters without using motorised transport during those activities.

We can incorporate train journeys between suitable destinations, depending on the final itinerary and our guests' preferences.

We encourage guests to respect local environments, avoid littering and follow local guidelines when visiting natural and protected areas.

We aim to create opportunities for our guests to experience local culture while directing tourism spending towards local businesses and communities.

During this journey, guests can stay in family-run accommodation, enjoy traditional cooking experiences with local hosts and discover regional crafts, food and everyday life.

In Kerala, we introduce travellers to the backwater communities, traditional boatbuilding and local coir industries. In Goa, guests can participate in home-hosted cooking experiences and learn about regional cuisine.

We work with local guides, naturalists, drivers and other service providers wherever practical. We encourage guests to purchase locally made products and support independent businesses during their travels.
