Description of Montenegro cultural highlights tour

This excellent 12 day itinerary is the ideal way for travellers to explore in some of Montenegro’s lesser-known scenic areas with pockets of peace and cultural heritage combining wonderfully well with the sumptuous seaside around the Bay of Kotor.

From honeymoon couples to families and small groups of friends, this tour can be tailored to include as many or as few cultural highlights as you wish with plenty of time to relax adding to the laid back ambience of Montenegro’s Mediterranean vistas and notable local wine.

A couple of nights in the historic towns of Herceg Novi, Kotor and Podgorica provides plenty of time to get orientated and see the sights whereas cosy lakeside cottages and a homestay on Skadar Lake allows ample opportunities to enjoy Montenegro just as nature intended.
