B. Local and Seasonal Food: All suggested restaurants during the tour are specialized in seasonal and locally sourced food, cooking their recipes from raw materials from the local markets and the livestock breeders and farmers from the around areas.
C. We primarily work with local accommodations and suggest restaurants whose owners implement policies to reduce the use of processed foods and industrial food products that pollute the environment. The food is sourced from small-scale local producers and prepared—much like homemade meals—by inhabitants of the area.
