1. What was the most memorable or exciting part of your holiday?
Met so many lovely people: fellow guests, staff, family of staff…it felt like we were one big family. The Greek cooking course ran by the lovely Dora was amazing: very informative, great tuition but so relaxed at the same time. Loved it, it felt like we were family cooking together.2. What tips would you give other travellers booking this holiday?
The cooking course has structure but it’s not regimented and is very relaxing. Dora is a great coach.3. Did you feel that your holiday benefited local people, reduced environmental impacts or supported conservation?
Absolutely. The accommodation/cookery school/restaurant employs lots of locals who all love working there, so much of the food used by the cooking school is locally sourced and like nothing is thrown away…a cooking course mantra “throw nothing away!” and we didn’t!4. Finally, how would you rate your holiday overall?
It exceeded all of my expectations and it’s one of the best holidays I’ve had. I can thoroughly recommend.Holiday Reviews
