Responsible tourism
As the pioneers of responsible tourism, we screen every trip so you can travel knowing your holiday will help support conservation and local people.

Melbourne and Adelaide are quite close as far as Australian cities go. This provides the best opportunity in Australia to travel between cities by a coastal road, a destination in itself, without the need to 'turn off' the road to visit the tourist sites. If people intend on visiting both Melbourne and Adelaide our tour provides the ability of using comfortable afficient vehicles rather than air travel to relocate. This will reduce your environmental impact and amount to a significant saving of carbon emissions especially if they intend on doing a Great Ocean Road tour then returning to Melbourne to fly out to Adelaide.
The Impacts of this Trip
Our commitment to the protection and sustainability of this touring region is emphasised by our continued support of businesses that can improve the quality of experience for our customers without sacrificing sustainable practices. To help them keep up their high performance levels we do not take people into the region in the busiest periods when the region is already stressed. While the input of revenue is always appreciated there are business practices that we have instilled to optimise our relationships with our suppliers. Regarding accommodation, we do not stay on Friday and Saturday nights when demand is high and availability is low. By doing so, we can secure enough villas at the same property so that everyone is staying together. It also provides work and revenue for our accommodation and catering partners in less busy times. Our clientele is mainly international which means we bring business to our partners that they may have missed otherwise and can organise our departure days to have a positive impact on the community.

Reviewed on 26 Jan 2016 by Jane Jimenez
1. What was the most memorable or exciting part of your holiday?
Travelling along the Ocean Drive road and thanks to Pierre, our guide and driver, showing us places and providing loads of interesting information, which we would never have had doing the trip between Melbourne and Adelaide on our own.
2. What tips would you give other travellers booking this holiday?
3. Did you feel that your holiday benefited local people, reduced environmental impacts or supported conservation?
Certainly. All our stops were to local restaurants, hotels and a winery.
4. Finally, how would you rate your holiday overall?
A tremendous success, it was a small group, four of us and I thick I can say we all felt comfortable sharing the tour.. and Pierre patiently answered all our never ending questions. The accomodation and meals that were included were excellent.
