In Chiang Rai, you will visit one of our most ethical and authentic small elephant sanctuaries, where your day will consist mostly of observation and education, leaving the elephants to enjoy their natural environment with minimum disturbance or intervention, whilst supporting their on-going care and wider conservation efforts.

Our suppliers are focused on improving sustainability and every client will be provided with a re-usable water bottle to avoid plastic waste. To improve use of these, our suppliers are currently working with ‘Refill My Bottle’ to implement refill stations around the country.

Throughout this trip you will visit local villages, farms and plantations around Chiang Mai, plant trees with Herbal Plant Nursery Project, stay with remote hill-tribes at Lanjia Lodge, learning about their traditions and way of life, and visit the rural communities around Cheow Larn Lake.
