Torres del Paine National Park deserves its reputation as the jewel in Patagonia’s crown.

Responsible Travel

As the pioneers of responsible tourism, we've screened this (and every) holiday so that you can travel knowing we've worked to maximise the benefits of your holiday to local people and places, and minimise any negative impacts.

Planet

As a local Argentina B Corp Travel Company, we hold a deep appreciation for the Earth's natural wonders and understand the importance of their preservation. However, we believe that sustainability alone is insufficient. Travel, in our view, is a potent instrument for creating a positive impact on the destinations we explore.

CARBON REDUCTION

-Slow Travel Through a Single Protected Area
The journey is entirely focused on Torres del Paine National Park, with multi-night stays along the W Circuit, reducing transfers and encouraging deep immersion in one natural environment.

-Say Bosque Regeneration Commitment
Through Say Bosque initiative, each journey contributes directly to native forest restoration projects in Patagonia, embedding carbon reduction and regeneration into the cost of travel itself. In collaboration with ReforestArg, we plant ten trees for every traveler to contribute to the cherished landscapes we adore.
Twice a year, we journey to Cholila, Chubut – Argentine Patagonia – to plant these trees, playing our part in preserving native forests, bolstering the local community, and giving back to Mother Earth.

-Shared and Low-Impact Access
Access by public bus, shared shuttles, and the Pehoé Lake catamaran limits vehicle use inside the park and reduces overall impact.

ENVIRONMENT AND WILDLIFE

-Protection of a World-Class National Park
Trekking within Torres del Paine National Park directly supports conservation of Patagonian steppe, lenga forests, lakes, and glaciers.

-Responsible Encounters with Nature
Trails through Nordenskjöld Lake, French Valley, and Grey Lake allow observation of guanacos, condors, foxes, and native flora while staying on designated paths.

-Learning from the Landscape
Self-guided trekking combined with park infrastructure encourages awareness of glacial systems, mountain formation, and climate dynamics shaping Patagonia.

LOCAL ECONOMY

-Support for Local Patagonia Gateways
Services in Puerto Natales—including transfers, briefings, accommodation, and logistics—benefit the local tourism economy.

-Mountain Refugios and Camps
Overnight stays in Central Sector, Cuernos, and Paine Grande directly support park-based staff, cooks, and maintenance teams.

EMPLOYMENT, INCLUSIVITY AND DIVERSITY

-Employment in Nature-Based Tourism
The trek supports jobs for drivers, refuge staff, logistics teams, catamaran crews, and park personnel.

-Flexible, Self-Guided Experience
The self-guided format allows travelers to hike at their own pace while benefiting from organized infrastructure and safety systems.
