A. Human-Powered Exploration:
The tour includes human-powered transport. Visitors will explore the Lousios Gorge in the region of Arcadia through easy hikes and rafting experience, the beach of Kalamata by a sea kayak and a SUP & Snorkeling, and the Maniot coasts by e-bike.
B. Vegetarian and Vegan Options:
During the whole tour our guests have the choice to taste vegetarian and vegan food options from the rich Greek cuisine that is full of such healthy dishes.
C. Local and Seasonal Food:
All suggested restaurants during the tour are specialized in seasonal and locally sourced food, cooking their recipes from raw materials from the local production of livestock breeders and farmers. We primarily work with local accommodations whose owners implement policies to reduce the use of processed foods and industrial food products that pollute the environment. The food is sourced from small-scale local producers and prepared—much like homemade meals—by women from the Peloponnese.

A. Eco-Friendly Accommodations:
We ensure that almost all accommodations on this tour adhere to strict environmental policies, including water conservation through rainwater harvesting and waste management. If there is no availability in Eco/Environmentally friendly hotels, we proceed with accommodations more environmentally friendly than other options in the same area

All suggested restaurants during the tour are specialized in seasonal and locally sourced food, cooking their recipes from raw materials from the central market of Athens, where you can find local production of livestock breeders and farmers from the whole Greece.

LOCAL ECONOMY

A. Locally-Owned Accommodations:
Our philosophy is to help local communities. We work in this direction,by choosing accommodation which are run by local owners who are inhabitants of all areas we visit. Especially in this tour, because of its character, all small hotels and restaurants we suggest are run by local inhabitants. Some of them have renovated their own ancestral homes and have turned them into small hotels. We don't use international chains, because all visitors who would choose such a tour, love the physical environment and would like to stay in small villages, close to nature and meet simple people who work their land and produce their agricultural products.
B. Local Economic Opportunities:
We prioritize local economic growth by employing guides native to each region we visit. Our guides in all nature experiences we offer, rafting, hiking, sea kayaking, SUP and snorkeling, and e-biking included, are experts in the area's unique geology and biodiversity.
C. Additionally, the tour includes a visit to the famous municipal market of Kalamata, where we suggest visitors to taste and buy local cheese products, cured meats, olives, honey, olive oil and wine and a visit to the rich handmade crafts shopping center of Nafplio, where our guests are suggested to buy handmade crafts from the shop of Maria Gonidou, who designs unique collections of scarves and ties made with traditional techniques.
